Die making, profile extrusion, surface treatment, machining and packing are all carried out at our own plant. With every process managed from a single centre, we provide 100% quality assurance on all our commitments: precise dimensional tolerances, surface quality and on-time delivery to agreed lead times.

1. Extrusion and Profile Production
On our modern press lines, we run custom and standard dies made in our own die shop with quality aluminium billets. We produce high-precision profiles in a wide range of alloys, from 6060 to 6082.

2. Our Surface Treatment Facility
On our fully automated lines we apply electrostatic powder coating, anodising (anodic oxidation) and electrophoretic coating. Our vertical coating line gives a seamless, uniform surface finish on profiles up to 8 metres long.

3. CNC and Machining
