Every process, from die to profile and from surface treatment to machining, runs at our plant in Turkey. With every stage under one roof, we deliver in full on tight tolerance control, high surface quality and on-time delivery.
Our own die shop
We design, machine and correct our dies in house, so a new profile gets to its first trial quickly.
Documents
Material test certificates (MTC) to EN 10204 3.1/3.2 and dimensional inspection reports.
Checks before shipping
Spectrometer analysis, dimension checks and a photo report before each shipment.
